It also occurs to me I haven't listed traits.
Megan's are Evil, Insane, Ambitious, Genius, Athletic.
Isabell's are Evil, Friendly, Genius, Computer Whiz, with one to go. (she is still a teen after all)
Gerado's are Great Kisser, Perfectionist, Friendly, Artistic, Frugal.
Anyway, on with the story.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After their magical night together, Gerado disappeared pretty quickly early next morning. He told Isabell that he was off to work, which was strange, as Gerado worked in Business, and he left at 8am. Isabell was sure that Doo Peas opened at 9, and staff were expected to be there by 8 o'clock. Assuming that he was just running late, she let it be.
(Right... happy to murder his wife, don't care he's lying to you. Makes sense.)
That evening, she once again visited Gerado's home, to see her new lover. "You know" she said quietly, I've been thinking alot about you today. Cassandra needs a mother figure, and you don't know when, or even if Chambana is coming back. Plus, this house is not going to be big enough for both of you once she ages up. I have the room, why don't you come and move in with me? We could be the perfect family!"
You know, it would be so great if we live together *cough cough hint hint* |
"That's true, she does." He thinks for a moment. "Ok, lets do it. I'll move in with you!"
(I know what your thinking, this guy's love of his life has disappeared, and suddenly he's moving in with the rebound girl? What's going on here? Well it turns out that Gerado has no fewer than 4 women on the go, including Isabella. I can only assume that Chambana was fine with this... but I guess we'll never know. Suffice to say, Isabella probably won't be if she finds out.)
So, Gerado and Cassandra Hangnail-West move in with Megan and Isabella. I doubt Megan cares very much, she's far more concerned with more important things. Like squeezing her spots.
Yep, that's damn attractive Megan |
Or having arguments with the dryer,
"I know you are, but what am I" Uh... Insane? |
Of course these things are always a secondary concern when it comes to Megan's career. That woman lives to work. I guess it's paying off, as she is now an Evil Villain, just one small step away from her Lifelong Dream.
Because nothing says Evil like a middle aged woman in a boiler suit and a mask |
So after the big move, Isabell and Gerado decided to celebrate by, yep you guessed it. Woohooing. Again. Cassandra seemed completely unperturbed by this fact, she was more interested in practising her vampire skills on little wooden Sims.
Mmm plasma. Owies, splinter! |
Freaky Eyes much kid? Her eyes don't actually look like that. It must have been the lighting or something. |
"Look at us sitting down to dinner together, like a perfect family" beamed Isabell. "Perfect perfect perfect"
Cassandra has developed a habit of breaking plumbing objects merely by being in their vicinity, and a rather novel way of trying to repair them. Seems she hasn't learnt that Vampires mind control techniques don't work on sinks.
Maybe if I stare really hard at it, it will fix itself. |
There's still hope. I just need to stare harder. |
The sink will crack first. I have amazing patience. |
"Dad, do you think Mum's ok? 'Cuz if anythings happened to her, I'll make the person responsible pay!" Cassandra blurted out one morning over breakfast.
I really need to remember to put walls up when taking screenshots.... |
Gerado continued to disappear to work at 8am, and eventually one morning as they were lying in bed Isabella decided to get to the bottom of this mystery. (FINALLY Woman! What took you so long?)
"Honey, why do you never go to work on time?" She asked sweetly.
"Do you promise you won't get angry?"
"I could never be angry at you" (I know, I know,...I'm sorry, it's part of her "thing")
"I just can't believe that Chambana would disappear like that. Before she left, she was employed as a gene therapist at the hospital, she was working on a cure for her and Cassandras condition. I think she found it, or knows someone who has and she has gone into hiding for a reason. Like... maybe someone doesn't want her research to get out, or she's had to go to Bridgeport!"
Without a further word, Isabella gets up from the bed.
"Where are you going?"
"Out."
"Got to move the body... got to keep perfect family. Perfect Perfect Perfect." is all anyone listening to her mutterings would hear. Thankfully there was nobody about to hear. Grabbing Chambana's urn out of the Mausoleum, she heads off to the old abandoned Ampitheatre on the outskirts of town, figuring that noone would think to look there. (Picture montage time! Yay!)
I love the look on her face in this picture... it was completely unintentional, but so fitting. |
Originally this wasn't overgrown. The body is actually by the columns, I just forgot to take a before shot. |
Now nobody can destroy my perfect family |
Alright that's a bit longer than I intended. I pretty much wrapped it right up to where I have got to. The last 2 chapters actually took place over about 3 game days. I didn't want to stretch it out even further. Hopefully you get Isabell's "thing" a bit better now. I'm not saying its sane.. but it does at least make sense to her. The girl from the broken home, no love from her mother, trying to overcompensate. Makes sense a little at least right? The whole "killing off Chambana" thing is actually nothing to do with her thing. I needed a father with children, and I wanted a vampire child. That's why it seems to be a bit extreme compared to her other tics.
Challenge Note:
Step Children - Completed.
Number of Children - 1, with 1 on the way. As she's not even YA yet, (and won't be until she gives birth... she became full preggers on her birthday, so now she's stuck until the baby pops) I don't think I'll have much problem with 3.
Others don't count yet, as she isn't YA.
Perfect, perfect, perfect chapter. :D
ReplyDeleteHaha, glad you enjoyed it :D
ReplyDeleteI was afraid I went a bit overboard with the whole "Perfect, Perfect Perfect" thing, but *shrug* if you're going to go have a sociopath Sim, might as well do it properly right?
